Yes. ATX Electric holds a Texas Electrical Contractor license and carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Every electrician on our team is TDLR-licensed and background-checked so you can feel confident about who's working in your home or business.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

We offer same-day emergency service for urgent electrical issues like power outages, burning smells, and sparking outlets. During business hours, we can typically have an electrician at your location within two hours of your call.

Do you provide free estimates?

We provide free estimates for most standard projects including panel upgrades, lighting installations, and rewiring jobs. For complex troubleshooting that requires extended diagnostic time, we charge a flat diagnostic fee that is applied toward the cost of any recommended repairs.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Austin metro area including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and Manor. If you're within Travis or Williamson County, we can help — and we don't add travel surcharges within our standard service area.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Absolutely. We coordinate all required permits and schedule inspections with the city or county on your behalf. Every job we do meets or exceeds local electrical codes, and we stay until the inspector signs off so you have nothing to worry about.
